Shipment

1. Shipping service provider
Shipping is exclusively with DHL .

2. Shipping area
We currently only deliver to countries in the European Union (EU) .

3. Shipping costs
The shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate and amount to:

• Germany: 6.59€

• Other EU countries: 8.99 €

4. Delivery times

• Within Germany: 2–4 working days

• Within the EU: 4–7 working days

5. Shipment tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the Tracking number from DHL.

6. Partial deliveries
If an article is not available at short notice, we reserve the right to Partial deliveries – of course without additional shipping costs for you.
