For assembly you will need needle-nose pliers, a screwdriver and a stapler. Depending on your experience, allow approximately 30 to 60 minutes.

1. Remove the seat
   
   First, remove the seat from the bike. If there is a seat lock mounted on the underside, remove it temporarily.
   
2. Remove original cover
   
   Carefully remove the staples from the original seat cover, for example with a screwdriver or needle-nose pliers. Then remove the old cover completely.
   
3. Fit and align the new seat cover
   
   Place our seat cover over the bench and center it carefully so that it fits evenly along all edges. Make sure the design is properly aligned.
   
4. Fix and tension
   
   Start by stapling at the front and back. Make sure the cover is evenly taut. Then secure the corners, and finally work your way along the sides until everything is taut and neatly in place.
   
5. Remove excess material
   
   Carefully cut off any excess rubber on the underside with scissors.
   
6. Install seat lock
   
   If your seat has a lock, pull the cover over it, mark the opening, and cut a small X at the corresponding spot. Then you can reattach the locking mechanism.
   

Done. Your bench seat is now reupholstered and ready for use.
