Shipping & Delivery

1. General Information

We ship our products worldwide using reliable shipping providers. Applicable shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed transparently during checkout.


2. Processing Time

Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, the processing time for in-stock items is 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.

Custom-Made / Individually Manufactured Products

Products manufactured individually according to customer specifications (e.g. custom seat covers or custom carbon parts) require a longer production time. The respective production and delivery time is stated directly in the product description and begins after receipt of payment.


3. Delivery Times

The total delivery time consists of processing time plus shipping duration.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Germany: approx. 2–4 business days
  • EU countries: approx. 3–7 business days
  • International: approx. 7–21 business days

Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and displayed before completing the order. Any promotional shipping rates or free shipping offers will be applied accordingly.


5. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties (International)

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.


6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number via email.


7. Partial Deliveries

If an item in your order is temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to ship the order in partial deliveries. No additional shipping costs will be charged to you as a result.


8. Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to collect the package, we reserve the right to charge the buyer for the reshipping costs.


9. Transport Damage

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt for any damage. Obvious transport damage should be reported directly to the delivery service and communicated to us as soon as possible.
