We don't offer direct exchanges. If you made a mistake and need a different version, please simply reorder the item. This way, you'll get the right one quickly.

📦 Return – step by step:
You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return the item. Here's how it works:

1. Send us an email with the following information:

   • Item you are returning

   • Order number

   • your full name & address

2. Send the item well packaged to:

   Germany

3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the amount to the payment method you originally used.

⚠ Important information:

• Returns only if unused, complete and in original packaging.

• In case of signs of wear or damage, we cannot refund the amount or can only refund part of it.

• Please ensure that the item is packaged securely to ensure that nothing is damaged during return shipping.

💡 Check before buying:
To avoid unnecessary returns, please check beforehand whether the part fits your motorcycle – in most cases, this is stated in the product description.

🚚 Who bears the costs?
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. This allows us to keep our prices fair overall.
