How returns work with us

Step 1: Check if the item is eligible for return

Before making a return, please first check whether your item is eligible for a return.

A return is not possible for:

  • personalized products
  • products received more than 14 days ago
  • already used products
  • products with signs of wear or damage
  • products with damaged or incomplete original packaging
  • orders from customers outside the European Union (EU)

The item must be in an unused and perfect condition and suitable for resale.

If your item meets all the requirements, you can proceed with Step 2: Announce the return.

Step 2: Announce the return

If you have any questions or comments about your return, please send us an email at info@novatrax-racing.com.

If there are no questions and the item is eligible for return, please announce the return by email to info@novatrax-racing.com.

The email can be written informally according to the following template:

"Hello,
I will return the following item: *Item name* from order *Order number*.

Sincerely,
*Order name*"

Important: The return must be announced within 14 days of receiving the order. After the announcement, the return must be shipped within 1 week. If these deadlines are not met, the return may be rejected.

Step 3: Enclose return form

Print out this sheet, fill it out completely, and include it with your return.

NOVATRAX RETURN

If you do not have the option to print, please include a note with the following information in the package instead:

  • Order number
  • Order date
  • Order name
  • Name of the returned item

Step 4: Ship the return

Pack the package carefully and adequately protected. Then you can send the return with a shipping service provider of your choice to the following address:

Please keep the shipping receipt or tracking number until the refund is completed.

Step 5: Check refund

Check the shipping status of your return and the delivery date.

If no refund has been made within one week of the return's delivery, please contact us by email at info@novatrax-racing.com.
