The additional width at the handlebars provides an extended protection area, so that adjacent plastic parts and even rims can be better shielded in the event of falls.

Thanks to the integrated spreading mechanism, the handlebar ends can be installed quickly and easily. They are suitable for almost all motorcycles with a 22 mm handlebar diameter and a handlebar inner diameter of at least 14 mm.

1. Check handle ends
   
   First, check if your handlebar grips are already open. If they are closed, carefully cut a sufficiently large hole with a utility knife or drill cleanly through the grip end so that the handlebar end can be inserted into the handlebar.
   
2. insert handlebar ends
   
   Insert the end of the handlebar into the handlebar and make sure it is straight.
   
3. Tighten
   
   Tighten the handlebar end by hand. No additional tools are required, as an integrated spreading mechanism ensures a secure hold in the handlebar.
   
4. Check fit and function
   
   Make sure the handlebar end is securely attached. There must be sufficient clearance between the throttle sleeve, throttle grip, and handlebar end so that the throttle grip can rotate freely and without resistance.
   

Done. The handlebar ends are mounted and ready for use.

When assembling, ensure that there is sufficient clearance between the throttle grip and the handlebar ends so that the throttle grip can rotate freely and without resistance at all times and does not jam.

Before each ride, check that the handlebar ends are securely attached and that the throttle grip can be moved freely.
