1. Mark position
   
   Mark the center of the axle nut or axle clamp sleeve where the crash peg is to be mounted.
   
2. drill a hole
   
   Drill a hole the size of the supplied threaded rod straight through the axle nut.
   
3. Insert threaded rod
   
   Push the threaded rod through the drilled axle nut.
   
4. Install crash pegs
   
   Place a crash peg on each side and screw them together by hand until they are firmly in place.
   
5. Check seat
   
   Check that both crash pegs are firmly in place and do not wobble.
   

Done. The crash pegs are now mounted and ready for use.

Make sure the crash pegs are correctly and securely mounted and have no play.

Before each ride, check that the crash pegs are firmly in place and that the screws are still secure.
