Terms and Conditions - Novatrax KTM Supermoto Giveaway 

1. Organizer

2. Promotional Period 

The giveaway begins on November 1, 2026, at 00:00 CET and ends on November 30, 2026, at 23:59:59 CET. 

Only orders successfully placed via the Novatrax online shop during this promotional period will be considered. 

3. Participation and Calculation of Entries 

Participation occurs automatically through a qualifying purchase in the Novatrax online shop during the promotional period. 

For every full 50.00 € of qualifying merchandise value, the participant receives one entry for the raffle. 

Examples: 

The decisive factor is the actual value of the goods paid after the deduction of all discounts and discount codes. 

The value of the goods includes the applicable sales tax or comparable excise duties. 

Shipping costs are not taken into account. 

Each order is calculated separately. Residual amounts below further full €50.00 will not be transferred to other orders or aggregated with them. 

There is no maximum number of Entries per participant. 

For orders in other currencies, the corresponding Euro value recorded in the Novatrax shop system at the time of the order is decisive. 

4. Vouchers and qualifying products 

In principle, the entire product range offered in the online shop qualifies for the competition. 

The purchase of gift vouchers or gift cards does not generate Entries. 

If gift vouchers are later used for the purchase of qualifying goods, the value of the products actually acquired will be taken into account. 

Shipping costs, other fees, and separately charged services do not generate Entries. 

5. No separate purchase of Entries 

Entries cannot be purchased separately. 

Participation is part of a time-limited sales promotion in connection with the purchase of regularly offered Novatrax products. 

No additional fee is charged for participation in the competition. 

The sales prices of the products will not be increased due to the competition. 

6. Cancellations, Withdrawal and Returns 

If an order is completely cancelled, withdrawn, returned or refunded before the winner is determined, all resulting entries become invalid. 

In the event of a partial return or partial refund, the remaining qualifying purchase value is recalculated and the number of entries is adjusted accordingly. 

Example: 

An order of €150.00 initially generates 3 entries. If goods with a value of €60.00 are subsequently returned and a purchase value of €90.00 remains, 1 valid entry remains. 

Statutory rights of withdrawal, warranty rights and other consumer rights are not limited by this. 

7. Prize 

The prize to be raffled is a motorcycle: 

KTM EXC-F 250 

Year of manufacture: 2019 

Model year: 2020 

Operating hours: approx. 190 hours 

The motorcycle has been converted to a Supermoto and features in particular: 

The motorcycle comes with vehicle registration documents. 

The approximate market value of the prize is €8,500. 

There is one prize and one winner. 

8. Road legality and vehicle condition 

In its current supermoto configuration, the motorcycle is not street-legal for use on public roads. 

In particular, the currently installed supermoto wheelset does not have all the registrations or approvals required for use on public roads. 

Whether and under what conditions modifications can be registered or approved in the winner's country of residence depends on the applicable local laws and the decisions of the responsible testing and registration authorities. 

Novatrax provides no guarantee that the current configuration can be approved or registered in any specific country. 

Retrofitting or modification to a road-legal configuration may generally be possible. However, any necessary parts, labor, inspections, registrations, and associated costs are not included as part of the prize. 

9. Eligibility and participating countries 

Eligibility is restricted to natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and have their habitual residence in one of the following countries: 

Persons residing in other countries are excluded from participation. 

Orders from countries not eligible to participate do not generate prize draw entries. 

Employees of Novatrax as well as persons directly involved in the organization or execution are excluded from participation. 

10. Determination of winners 

The prize draw will take place on December 20, 2026. 

Each entry valid at this time will individually participate in the draw. Each entry has the same chance of winning. 

Participants with multiple valid entries will have a correspondingly higher chance of winning. 

The winner will be determined by means of software-based random selection from all valid entries. 

Novatrax will document the execution of the draw. 

Before the final confirmation of the prize, eligibility and the validity of the underlying order or orders will be verified. 

11. Winner notification 

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided with their order. 

They must respond within 7 calendar days after the prize notification is sent. 

Novatrax may request proof of identity, age, and country of residence. 

If the winner does not respond within the time limit, is not eligible to participate, or cannot provide proof of eligibility, a new winner will be drawn using the same random process. 

12. Winner’s Privacy 

The winner is not obligated to publicly disclose their name, photo, social media account, or other personal information. 

Any publication will only occur with the corresponding consent. 

Novatrax may announce the result in an anonymized form. 

13. Handover and Transport within Germany 

Novatrax organizes and pays for the transport of the motorcycle to a handover location agreed upon with the winner that is accessible by a transport vehicle within Germany. 

Alternatively, the winner may pick up the motorcycle in person at an agreed location within Germany. 

The winner may also, at their own expense, commission a suitable motorcycle transport company or another authorized person to handle the pickup. 

14. Winners residing outside of Germany 

For winners residing outside of Germany, the free transport provided by Novatrax ends at an agreed handover location within Germany. 

Further transport from Germany to the country of residence is carried out at the request and expense of the winner. 

Any customs formalities, import sales tax, duties, fees, technical inspections, permits, or registrations shall be borne by the winner, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law. 

This applies in particular to winners from Switzerland and Norway. 

15. Registration, insurance, and other costs 

The following are not included in the prize: 

These costs shall be borne by the winner, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. 

16. No cash alternative and no transfer 

A cash payout, exchange, or credit of the prize value is excluded. 

The prize cannot be transferred to another person before it is handed over. 

The prize is exclusively the motorcycle described in these terms and conditions of participation. 

17. Exclusion in case of misuse 

Novatrax may exclude participants or entries if there is a justified suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or other misuse. 

This includes, in particular, manipulated or fraudulent orders, abusive chargebacks, false information regarding eligibility to participate, and technical manipulation. 

18. Technical disruptions and termination 

Should the proper conduct be significantly impaired or become impossible for reasons outside the reasonable sphere of influence of Novatrax, the competition may be adjusted, interrupted, or terminated as necessary. 

Rights already acquired by participants will be taken into account as far as possible. 

19. Data protection 

Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary for the implementation and administration of the sweepstakes. 

This includes in particular: 

Participation does not constitute consent to receive a newsletter or other direct marketing.

21. Special provisions for participants from the Netherlands 

For participants residing in the Netherlands, the sweepstakes is conducted in compliance with the requirements for promotional sweepstakes applicable there. 

The prize consists of the motorcycle described in section 7 with an approximate market value of €8,500. 

A draw will take place. The winner will be determined impartially through the random process described in section 10. 

The result will be announced in anonymized form no later than three months after the end of the sweepstakes. 

22. Applicable law 

German law generally applies to the conduct of the sweepstakes. 

Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the participant has their habitual residence shall remain unaffected. 

23. Final Provisions 

Should an individual provision be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected to the extent permitted by law. 

Participation is subject to the version of these Terms and Conditions of Participation published at the time of the respective participation.
