Preparation:

The axle is hollow, therefore the threaded rod is always guided through the axle .

Check whether the nut or axle mount on the opposite side is open or closed .

If it is open , the threaded rod can simply be inserted.

If it is closed , carefully drill a hole of the appropriate size (corresponding to the diameter of the threaded rod).

Assembly:


Insert the threaded rod through the hollow axle (or through the drilled hole).


Place the crash pads on the respective sides – make sure that the side with the nut is positioned correctly.


Screw on the nut and tighten everything evenly until the crash pads are securely in place.

Diploma:

Check that both crash pads are securely in place and ensure that the axle can still rotate freely.

- Check that the crash pegs are securely attached before every ride.

Crash pegs serve as protection and a visual upgrade, but they do not replace full crash protection. Complete protection is impossible, and damage to the motorcycle can still occur.
